Terms and conditions
-Tours in a private, air-conditioned sedan car or minibus, with licensed professional
driver.
-Pick up and drop off from your hotel, TGV station, Airport... anywhere in Provence.
-Tour prices are per vehicle, not per person. The vehicle with driver can seat up
to 7 passengers and it is reserved exclusively for you. You travel only with your
family or friends and not with other passengers.
-Your private driver assist you all along your tour, giving you commentaries, recommendations
and good addresses of restaurants, shops… On request, your driver can escort you
in the villages, the cities… to show you the most beautiful places to see.
-For the tour prices, children under 10 years old are not considered as persons.
-The prices of the “Provence Tours” are valid for a departure and a return within
indicated zone. For prices for any other departure or return place, please contact
us for a customized quote.
-The fee includes the transport, full insurance, parking charges and motorway tolls.
-Photo stops are planned in scenic sites.
-Only entrance fees for visits, museums etc. specified in a tour program are included
in the price.
-Unless indicated otherwise, lunches and drinks are not included in the cost of tours
and must be paid by the passenger.
-It is forbidden to smoke, to eat, to drink alcohol and soda in the vehicle. Drinking
water is accepted. Many stops are planned and you can ask to your driver to stop
in case of need.
-Additional visiting time requested by the client will be billed at 30 €/hour.
-Arrival times are only approximate. The company accepts no responsibility for any
delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic conditions, accidents or
actions beyond the company’s control).
-The company is not responsible for any personal injury occurring outside the vehicle,
in particular when getting into or out of the vehicle. Baggage and personal effects
are the responsability of the owner throughout the tour.
-Bookings should be made 24 hours in advance. We would strongly recommend booking
early to avoid disappointment.
-We accept payment by Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, American Express and Bank
Wire Transfer.
